Q. What are your hours of operation?

A. All-Star Distributing is open Monday – Friday from 9 am – 5 pm.

Q. What format logo file do you need for engraving?

A. Please provide a vector file of your logo for engraving.

Q. What if I need my order in a rush?

A. Please call one of our sales associates immediately. We will be happy to assist you with your rush order. A 30% rush charge applies to orders that are needed within a 24 time frame.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We accept all major credit cards, checks, cash and purchase orders for companies or organizations that have been setup for billing.

Q. What if my awards are damaged or engraved incorrectly?

A. In the event we make an error, we will replace the incorrect pieces(s) as quickly as possible at our expense. In the event that the error was on your part (i.e. incorrect spelling of a name) we will still replace the incorrect piece(s) as quickly as possible for a nominal fee. Regardless of the error we will make every effort to have the corrected awards to you in time for your presentation. If your order was damaged in shipping, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you retain all packaging and wrapping materials for UPS or Federal Express inspection. Please contact us as soon as possible.
